Thank you for another wonderful Fall Native Plant Sale on Saturday, September 26th, 2026! If you missed it, we also host another Native Plant Sale in May 2027. Stay tuned for more details to come later this winter!
Our native plant sales offer a wide assortment of Michigan-grown native flowering plants, shrubs, garden kits, and grasses. We hold the sale the spring and fall of each year. The funds we raise from the native plant sale provide important operational funding for the district. Besides pre-orders for Dune Grass and Garden Kits, all of the plants at our browse-n-buy Native Plant Sale are available on a first come, first serve basis. We do not reserve or hold plants, and cannot gurantee the availabilty of certain plants throughout the sale. If you want to secure plants on your wishlist, please plan on arriving early to the sale, or purchase a garden kit pre-order.
Plant List
Here is a list of what plants we planned on providing for the Fall Native Plant Browse-n-Buy Sale on Saturday, September 26th 2026. This list varies depending on germination rates, pest damage, weather, etc.
For plant information, please visit & search for the plants you are interested in at Prairie Moon Nursery or the USDA Plant Database. While we know a lot about native plants, we don’t know it all! So please check these resources first before calling our office.
